Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotional offer ("Offer") is applicable exclusively to new users of the InstaMoney mobile application ("App").
1.2 The Offer shall be valid only upon the first successful loan disbursal processed through the App during the defined Offer Period.
1.3 Existing customers of InstaMoney and users applying for loans through any platform other than the App shall not be eligible to participate in the Offer.
1.4 The Offer Period shall commence on 26th September, 2025 and shall remain in force until 20th October, 2025, both dates inclusive, unless otherwise curtailed, withdrawn, or extended at the sole discretion of InstaMoney without prior notice.
2. Offer Benefits
2.1 Eligible users shall be entitled to receive a cashback amounting to INR 199 ("Cashback") upon the first successful loan disbursal.
2.2 No promotional or coupon code is required to avail of this Offer.
2.3 Each eligible user shall be entitled to receive the Cashback only once under this Offer.
3. Cashback Credit
3.1 The Cashback shall be credited to the bank account registered with the user's loan account by November 30th, 2025.
3.2 InstaMoney shall not be held liable for any delays in crediting the Cashback attributable to banking channels, payment gateways, or technical failures outside its reasonable control.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
4.1 This Offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
4.2 Users shall not be entitled to claim Cashback more than once under this Offer.
4.3 InstaMoney reserves the absolute right to withhold or cancel the Cashback in the event of any fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant activity detected in relation to the loan application or disbursal.
5. Modification and Termination
5.1 This Offer is valid for a limited duration as determined solely by InstaMoney.
5.2 InstaMoney reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1 By participating in this Offer, the user shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
